Alexandria Beyond the Classroom is pleased to offer the ALX Beyond Provider Portal, which serves as the gateway to the Youth Program Locator.

Expanded learning and out-of-school time providers serving youth (ages 3-19) within the City of Alexandria are encouraged to list their programming on this public-facing locator. Through the Youth Program Locator, families, youth, community members, and supporters can learn about current expanded learning offerings and connect with providers in the City of Alexandria.

Programs on the ALX Beyond Program Locator are no longer visible after the program end date(s) have passed. If you were advertising summer camps and programs for Summer 2025, they may no longer be visible. Please check the program locator.

If your summer camps and programs are no longer visible, and you want families to know that you will be offering this programming in Summer 2026 (in addition to your current school year offerings), please log in to the ALX Beyond Provider Portal, go to the “Programs” section, and update your summer program dates for next year.

As a reminder, the program locator is being broadly circulated to youth and families as they are looking for programming that meets their interests and needs. Please make sure your program listings are up-to-date, so they know about the wonderful opportunities you provide. If you need any support, check out the Help Center for video tutorials and written instructions. Please remember that any updates on the provider portal will take 24 hours before they are publicly visible on the program locator.
